April 8, 2022: Houston, TX 77095 Cypress Lakes Spartans (Katy, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Langham Creek Lobos (Houston, TX), 5-4 in a league test.
With the win, Cypress Lakes upgrades its record to 14-7 on the season. The Spartans host Bridgeland (Cypress, TX) to battle the Bears in a 6A Region II District 16 test on Tuesday, April 19. The Bears come into the test with a record of 14-10.
With the defeat, Langham Creek falls to 6-15 on the season. The Lobos travel to College Park (The Woodlands, TX) to battle the Cavaliers in a non-league test on Saturday, April 9. The Cavaliers come into the test with a record of 7-8. College Park lost 7-0 in their recent league test against The Woodlands (The Woodlands, TX)
