Islands Sharks (Savannah, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Southeast Bulloch Yellowjackets (Brooklet, GA), 8-4 in a non-league test.

With the win, Islands upgrades its record to 9-18 on the season. The Sharks travel to Benedictine (Savannah, GA) to battle the Cadets in a AAAA Region 3 test on Tuesday, April 12. The Cadets come into the test with a record of 20-3. Benedictine won 11-4 in their recent non-league test against Colleton County (Walterboro, SC)

With the defeat, Southeast Bulloch falls to 11-7 on the season. The Yellowjackets host Liberty County (Hinesville, GA) to battle the Panthers in a AAA Region 3 test on Tuesday, April 12. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 12-11. Liberty County won 5-2 in their recent league test against Windsor Forest (Savannah, GA)
