April 8, 2022: Rye, NY 10580 In Friday's non-league challenge, the Rye Garnets (Rye, NY) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Nyack Red Hawks (Upper Nyack, NY), by a margin of 8-2.
With the win, Rye upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Garnets travel to Ardsley (Ardsley, NY) to battle the Panthers in a Section 1 Conference 2 - D test on Monday, April 11. With the defeat, Nyack falls to 1-4 on the season. The Red hawks host North Rockland (Thiells, NY) to battle the Raiders in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 12. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 1-2. North Rockland won 10-5 in their recent non-league test against Clarkstown North (New City, NY)
