Florida High School Softball - Madison County can't hold off Fort White
April 8, 2022: Madison, FL 32340 The Fort White Indians softball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Madison County Cowboys to 8 in the Indians non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Fort White improves its record to 7-4 on the year. The Indians host Lafayette (Mayo, FL) to clash with the Hornets in a 1A District 6 game on Tuesday, April 12. The Hornets come into the game with a record of 9-4. Lafayette won 6-5 in their recent non-league game against Taylor County (Perry, FL)
In their next game, the Cowboys clash with the Branford Buccaneers (Branford, FL) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 11. Madison County will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Buccaneers come into the game with a 10-3 record after their 7-6 league win over Bell (Bell, FL).
