Ohio High School Baseball - Leipsic holds off Edgerton
April 8, 2023: Leipsic, OH 45856 Leipsic Vikings (Leipsic, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Edgerton Bulldogs (Edgerton, OH), 8-4 in a non-league test.
With the win, Leipsic upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Vikings host Lincolnview (Van Wert, OH) to battle the Lancers in a Northwest test on Monday, April 10. The Lancers come into the test with a record of 3-1. Lincolnview lost 6-4 in their recent non-league test against Wayne Trace (Haviland, OH)
With the defeat, Edgerton falls to 3-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Hilltop (West Unity, OH) to battle the Cadets in a non-league test on Monday, April 10. The Cadets come into the test with a record of 3-2. Hilltop lost 6-5 in their recent league test against Edon (Edon, OH)
