Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Elwood Panthers (Elwood, IN), 13-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Tri-Central upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to Waldron (Waldron, IN) to battle the Mohawks in a non-league test on Monday, April 10. The Mohawks come into the test with a record of 1-3. Waldron won 6-5 in their recent non-league test against Brown County (Nashville, IN)

With the defeat, Elwood falls to 0-4 on the season. The Panthers host Liberty Christian (Anderson, IN) to battle the Lions in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 11.
