April 8, 2024: Williamston, SC 29697 Greer Yellow Jackets (Greer, SC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Palmetto Mustangs (Williamston, SC), 20-6 in a non-league test.
With the win, Greer upgrades its record to 12-5 on the season. The Yellow Jackets host Travelers Rest (Travelers Rest, SC) to battle the Devildogs in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 10. The Devildogs come into the test with a record of 3-9. Travelers Rest lost 7-0 in their recent league test against Blue Ridge (Greer, SC)
With the defeat, Palmetto falls to 7-7 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Fountain Inn (Fountain Inn, SC) to battle the Fury in a 3A Region 2 test on Tuesday, April 9. The Fury come into the test with a record of 6-8.
