April 8, 2024: Centre, AL 35960 The crowd at Monday's league test between the Cherokee County Warriors (Centre, AL) and the visiting Etowah Blue Devils (Attalla, AL), saw Cherokee County's soccer squad triumph over Etowah by a margin of 8-2.
The Warriors now sport a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Etowah for a 4A Area 6 test on Tuesday, April 9. Cherokee County will meet a Blue Devils squad coming off a 8-2 league loss to Cherokee County (Centre, AL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 0-15.
With the loss, Etowah drops to 0-15 on the season. The Blue devils host New Hope (New Hope, AL) to meet the Indians in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 9. The Indians come into the test with a record of 3-17. New Hope lost 8-5 in their recent non-league test against Columbia (Huntsville, AL)
