April 8, 2025: Walkersville, MD 21793 The Walkersville Lions (Walkersville, MD) lacrosse the visiting Smithsburg Leopards (Smithsburg, MD), 12-8 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
The Lions now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brunswick for a CMC outing on Thursday, April 10. Walkersville will face a Railroaders squad coming off a 17-5 league loss to Middletown (Middletown, MD). The Railroaders record now stands at 1-4.
With the loss, Smithsburg falls to 2-2 on the year. The Leopards host Catoctin (Thurmont, MD) to face the Cougars in a CMC outing on Thursday, April 10. The Cougars go into the outing with a record of 5-1. Catoctin won 11-8 in their recent league outing against Boonsboro (Boonsboro, MD)
