Arkansas High School Softball - Central drops to Bryant
April 8, 2025: Bryant, AR 72022 Bryant Hornets (Bryant, AR) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Central Tigers (Little Rock, AR), 11-1 in a league game.
With the triumph, Bryant improves its record to 11-0 on the year. The Hornets host Benton (Benton, AR) to play the Panthers in a non-league game on Thursday, April 10. The Panthers enter the game with a record of 14-1. Benton won 9-3 in their recent league game against Maumelle (Maumelle, AR)
The Tigers now hold a 10-5 record. They play next when they host Jonesboro for a 6A Central game on Thursday, April 10. Central will play a Hurricane squad coming off a 16-0 league loss to Cabot (Cabot, AR). The Hurricane record now stands at 3-7.
