The Meade County Green Waves (Brandenburg, KY) baseball the visiting Central Hardin Bruins (Cecilia, KY), 8-3 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

The Green Waves now own a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they host Shelby County for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 10. Meade County will clash with a Rockets team coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Christian Educational Consortium (Louisville, KY). The Rockets record now stands at 1-6.

With the defeat, Central Hardin drops to 6-11 on the year. The Bruins travel to Fern Creek (Louisville, KY) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 10.
