Taylor Prep Tigers (Taylor, MI) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Hamtramck Cosmos (Hamtramck, MI), 13-3 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Taylor Prep advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Tigers host Canton Preparatory (Canton, MI) to battle the Chargers in a CSC/MMAC match on Thursday, April 9. The Chargers come into the match with a record of 0-0.

The Cosmos now have a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ecorse for a non-league match on Thursday, April 9. Hamtramck will battle a Red Raiders squad coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Oak Park (Oak Park, MI). The Red Raiders record now stands at 1-1.
