The Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs overwhelmed the visiting Fairfield Union Falcons softball squad by a count of 18-3 in Wednesday's league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Logan Elm Braves (Circleville, OH) in a Mid-State - Buckeye challenge, on Friday, April 10. Bloom-Carroll will attempt to upgrade on its 8-1 season record. The Braves go into the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Liberty Union (Baltimore, OH).

The Falcons (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against McClain (Greenfield, OH). The Tigers go into the non-league challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, McClain was routed by Logan Elm (Circleville, OH), 12-2, in a non-league challenge.
