The Howell Highlanders softball squad (Howell, MI), was routed 11-8 in Wednesday's league contest with the host Brighton Bulldogs (Brighton, MI)

With the triumph, Brighton improves its record to 2-4 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Seaholm (Birmingham, MI) to face the Maples in a non-league contest on Monday, April 13. The Maples enter the contest with a record of 5-0.

The Highlanders now hold a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Canton for a Kensington Lakes - West contest on Wednesday, April 15.
