The Western Boone Stars softball squad (Thorntown, IN), was routed 10-0 in Wednesday's league contest with the host Cascade Cadets (Clayton, IN)

With the triumph, Cascade improves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Cadets travel to Northview (Brazil, IN) to face the Knights in a non-league contest on Monday, April 13. The Knights enter the contest with a record of 2-1.

The Stars now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Faith Christian for a non-league contest on Thursday, April 9. Western Boone will face a Eagles squad coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Pioneer (Royal Center, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
