Texas High School Softball - North Forest topped by Northside
April 8, 2026: Houston, TX 77009 Northside Panthers (Houston, TX) backers left the game pleased Wednesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting North Forest Bulldogs (Houston, TX), 18-0 in a league game.
With the triumph, Northside upgrades its record to 15-2 on the year. The Panthers travel to Yates (Houston, TX) to play the Lions in a 4A Region III District 20 game on Saturday, April 11. The Lions enter the game with a record of 1-3. Yates won 22-8 in their recent league game against Worthing (Houston, TX)
The Bulldogs now own a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Furr for a 4A Region III District 20 bout on Monday, April 13. North Forest will battle a Brahmans team coming off a 14-7 league win over Worthing (Houston, TX). The Brahmans record now stands at 9-4.
