In Friday's league outing, the host Aledo Bearcats softball team scored a nice 15-5 win over the Azle Hornets.

Coming up next, the Bearcats battle the Rider Raiders (Wichita Falls, TX) in a 5A Region I District 5 outing, on Tuesday, April 13. Aledo will attempt to upgrade on its 16-3 season record. The Raiders enter the outing with a 12-8 record after their 4-3 league loss to Wichita Falls (Wichita Falls, TX).
