The Rye Thunderbolts baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Las Animas Trojans to 5 in the Thunderbolts league victory on Saturday.

The Thunderbolts (8-0) will now prepare for their match against Las Animas (Las Animas, CO). The Trojans go into the 2A/1A Santa Fe match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, Las Animas was overwhelmed by Holly (Holly, CO), 12-0, in a non-league match.
