The North Tahoe Lakers crushed the host Pershing County Mustangs baseball team by a count of 24-1 in Saturday's league bout.

The Lakers now possess a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they host Battle Mountain for a 2A Northern bout on Friday, April 15. North Tahoe will face a Longhorns team coming off a 13-4 league loss to Yerington (Yerington, NV). The Longhorns record now stands at 9-6.
