April 9, 2022: Burlingame, CA 94010 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) and the host Burlingame Panthers (Burlingame, CA), saw Nevada Union's volleyball squad beat Burlingame by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Nevada Union upgrades its record to 22-5 on the year. The Miners travel to Lincoln (San Francisco, CA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Saturday, April 9. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 16-7. Lincoln won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Washington (San Francisco, CA)
The Panthers now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Marin Catholic for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 9. Burlingame will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Bentley (Lafayette, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-7.
