North Carolina High School Lacrosse - West Carteret drops to First Flight

April 9, 2022: Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948

In Saturday's league test, the host First Flight Nighthawks lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-5 victory over the West Carteret Patriots.

The Nighthawks now have a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Croatan for a Coastal/Northeastern Coastal test on Wednesday, April 13. First Flight will face a Cougars squad coming off a 6-3 league win over Swansboro (Swansboro, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 7-2.

In their next game, the Patriots face the New Bern Bears (New Bern, NC) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 11. West Carteret will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Bears come into the test with a 8-5 record after their 15-5 non-league win over Swansboro (Swansboro, NC).
