Arkansas High School Soccer - Batesville knocks off West Memphis
April 9, 2022: West Memphis, AR 72301 Batesville Pioneers (Batesville, AR) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host West Memphis Blue Devils (West Memphis, AR), 5-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Pioneers confront the Paragould Rams (Paragould, AR) in a 5A East challenge, on Wednesday, April 13. Batesville will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Rams enter the challenge with a 0-11 record after their 5-0 league loss to Batesville (Batesville, AR).
The Blue Devils now possess a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host Searcy for a 5A East challenge on Monday, April 11. West Memphis will confront a Lions team coming off a 6-0 league win over Paragould (Paragould, AR). The Lions record now stands at 8-0.
