Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Spring Mills Cardinals (Martinsburg, WV) and the host Grafton Bearcats (Grafton, WV), witnessed Spring Mills's softball squad tip Grafton by a count of 7-5.

The Cardinals now sport a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to Williamsport for a non-league match on Monday, April 11. Spring Mills will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 15-6 league loss to Middletown (Middletown, MD). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
