The Marcos de Niza Padres volleyball team (Tempe, AZ), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Odyssey Institute Minotaur (Buckeye, AZ)

The Minotaur (13-5) will now prepare for their challenge against BASIS Phoenix (Phoenix, AZ). The Firebirds enter the non-league challenge with a 3-14 record. In their last challenge, BASIS Phoenix was dropped by Northwest Christian (Phoenix, AZ), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Padres meet the Seton Catholic Sentinels (Chandler, AZ) in a 4A East Sky challenge, on Thursday, April 11. Marcos de Niza will attempt to move on its 6-9 season record. The Sentinels enter the challenge with a 8-9 record after their 3-1 league win over Mesquite (Gilbert, AZ).
