The Upperman Bees (Baxter, TN) baseball trounced the visiting DeKalb County Tigers (Smithville, TN), 9-3 in Wednesday's league challenge.

The Bees now own a 12-7 record. They take the field next when they host Watertown for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 10. Upperman will clash with a Purple Tigers team coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Mount Juliet (Mt. Juliet, TN). The Purple Tigers record now stands at 15-1.

With the defeat, DeKalb County drops to 2-13 on the year. The Tigers host Franklin County (Winchester, TN) to clash with the Rebels in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 10.
