The Manheim Central Barons (Manheim, PA) baseball trounced the host Octorara Area Braves (Atglen, PA), 8-1 in Wednesday's league challenge.

The Barons now own a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Warwick for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 11. Manheim Central will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 4-3 league loss to Elizabethtown (Elizabethtown, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-7.

With the defeat, Octorara Area drops to 4-4 on the year. The Braves host Garden Spot (New Holland, PA) to clash with the Spartans in a Lancaster-Lebanon 3 challenge on Thursday, April 10. The Spartans go into the challenge with a record of 3-5. Garden Spot lost 9-1 in their recent league challenge against Eastern Lebanon County (Myerstown, PA)
