Missouri High School Baseball - Marshfield wallops Springfield Catholic
April 9, 2025: Marshfield, MO 65706 In Wednesday's league game, the host Marshfield Bluejays baseball team scored a nice 14-2 win over the Springfield Catholic Fighting Irish.
The Bluejays (10-4) will now prepare for their game against Branson (Branson, MO). The Pirates go into the Class 5 District 6 game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Branson was overwhelmed by Smithville (Smithville, MO), 7-6, in a non-league game.
Next, the Fighting Irish play the Forsyth Panthers (Forsyth, MO) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 10. Springfield Catholic will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Panthers go into the game with a 5-1 record after their 1-0 league loss to Fair Grove (Fair Grove, MO).
