Arkansas High School Baseball - Rector loses to Riverside
April 9, 2025: Rector, AR 72461 Riverside Rebels (Lake City, AR) followers left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Rector Cougars (Rector, AR), 17-0 in a league match.
With the triumph, Riverside moves its record to 14-3 on the season. The Rebels host Cross County (Cherry Valley, AR) to battle the Thunderbirds in a 2A Region 3 match on Friday, April 11. The Thunderbirds come into the match with a record of 6-8. Cross County won 16-1 in their recent league match against Bay (Bay, AR)
The Cougars now possess a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Corning for a 2A Region 3 match on Thursday, April 10.
