Massachusetts High School Baseball - Westfield defeats Minnechaug Regional
April 9, 2025: Westfield, MA 01085 In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Westfield Bombers baseball team scored a close 7-1 win over the Minnechaug Regional Falcons.
The Bombers (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Central (Springfield, MA). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Central nudged Agawam (Agawam, MA), 16-1, in a non-league game.
Next, the Falcons play the Pope Francis Prep Cardinals (Springfield, MA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 10. Minnechaug Regional will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Cardinals go into the game with a 0-1 record after their 16-6 non-league loss to Longmeadow (Longmeadow, MA).
