Texas High School Softball - United South succumbs to Medina Valley

In Wednesday's league test, the Medina Valley Panthers (Castroville, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the host United South Panthers (Laredo, TX), by a tally of 21-3.

Next, the Panthers clash with the Del Rio Rams (Del Rio, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 30 test, on Friday, April 11. Medina Valley will attempt to advance on its 16-8 season record. The Rams go into the test with a 8-19 record after their 9-2 league win over United South (Laredo, TX).

The Panthers (13-15) will now prepare for their test against Eagle Pass (Eagle Pass, TX). The Eagles go into the 6A Region IV District 30 test with a 17-2 record. In their last test, Eagle Pass prevailed over United (Laredo, TX), 12-1, in a league test.
