Pennsylvania High School Softball - Pottsville succumbs to North Schuylkill

April 9, 2025: Ashland, PA 17921

In Wednesday's league test, the North Schuylkill Spartans (Ashland, PA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Pottsville Crimson Tide (Pottsville, PA), by a tally of 12-1.

Next, the Spartans clash with the Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Red Raiders (Coal Township, PA) in a Schuylkill I test, on Tuesday, April 15. North Schuylkill will attempt to advance on its 5-1 season record.

The Crimson Tide (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Tri-Valley (Hegins, PA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Tri-Valley prevailed over Marian Catholic (Tamaqua, PA), 16-5, in a league test.
