In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Gilbert Classical Academy Spartans volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the ALA - Anthem South Titans.

The Spartans (12-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ). The Mountain Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 6-12 record. In their last challenge, Mountain Ridge beat Apollo (Glendale, AZ), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
