The Hall Red Devils overwhelmed the visiting Mendota Trojans softball squad by a count of 7-2 in Thursday's league challenge.

Next, the Red Devils meet the Kewanee Boilermakers (Kewanee, IL) in a Three Rivers East challenge, on Monday, April 13. Hall will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Boilermakers go into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 7-4 non-league loss to Geneseo (Geneseo, IL).

The Trojans (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Earlville (Earlville, IL). The Red Raiders go into the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Earlville was routed by Somonauk (Somonauk, IL), 9-0, in a league challenge.
