Pennsylvania High School Softball - Upper Merion Area bounces Phoenixville
May 1, 2023: Phoenixville, PA 19460 The Upper Merion Area Vikings routed the host Phoenixville Phantoms softball squad by a count of 20-0 in Monday's league battle.
The Vikings (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Spring-Ford (Royersford, PA). The Rams go into the Pioneer battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Spring-Ford topped Boyertown (Boyertown, PA), 3-2, in a league battle.
The Phantoms now sport a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Perkiomen Valley for a Pioneer battle on Wednesday, May 3. Phoenixville will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 21-0 league win over Norristown (Norristown, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 6-6.
