The Northwestern Lehigh Tigers baseball team (New Tripoli, PA), was overwhelmed 7-0 in Wednesday's league outing with the host Southern Lehigh Spartans (Center Valley, PA)

The Spartans now hold a 11-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northern Lehigh for a Colonial outing on Friday, May 3.

Next, the Tigers face the Palmerton Blue Bombers (Palmerton, PA) in a Colonial outing, on Thursday, May 2. Northwestern Lehigh will attempt to advance on its 14-4 season record. The Blue Bombers enter the outing with a 5-12 record after their 12-2 league win over Catasauqua (Catasauqua, PA).
