May 1, 2024: Charlotte Court House, VA 23923 Lunenburg Central Chargers (Victoria, VA) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Randolph-Henry Statesmen (Charlotte Court House, VA), 2-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Chargers confront the Nottoway Cougars (Nottoway, VA) in a James River challenge, on Monday, May 6. Lunenburg Central will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 3-3 league Buckingham (Buckingham, VA).
The Statesmen now possess a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host Prince Edward County for a James River challenge on Monday, May 6. Randolph-Henry will confront a Eagles team coming off a 4-4 league Amelia County (Amelia Court House, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-2.
