May 1, 2025: King & Queen Court House, VA 23085 Charles City Panthers (Charles City, VA) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad nip the host King & Queen Central Royal Tigers (King & Queen Court House, VA), 1-0 in a league match.
With the triumph, Charles City advances its record to 2-11 on the season. The Panthers travel to Cumberland (Cumberland, VA) to battle the Dukes in a non-league match on Monday, May 5. The Dukes come into the match with a record of 2-10. Cumberland lost 10-0 in their recent league match against Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA)
The Royal Tigers now have a 0-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mathews for a Tidewater match on Tuesday, May 6. King & Queen Central will battle a Blue Devils squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to King William (King William, VA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-7.
