Washington High School Softball - Othello sneaks past Toppenish
May 1, 2025: Toppenish, WA 98948 The Othello Huskies softball team scored 12 runs and held the host Toppenish Wildcats to 11 in the Huskies non-league win on Thursday.
The Huskies now sport a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Moses Lake for a non-league battle on Monday, May 5. Othello will confront a Mavericks team coming off a 16-4 non-league win over West Valley (Yakima, WA). The Mavericks record now stands at 7-2.
With the loss, Toppenish moves to 2-11 on the season. The Wildcats travel to East Valley (Yakima, WA) to confront the Red Devils in a non-league battle on Friday, May 2. The Red Devils come into the battle with a record of 12-4. East Valley won 22-8 in their recent non-league battle against Grandview (Grandview, WA)
