The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Marshall Barristers (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Franklin Panthers (Los Angeles, CA), saw Marshall's baseball team get by Franklin by a tally of 2-1.

The Barristers (12-10) will now prepare for their battle against Poly (Sun Valley, CA). The Parrots enter the non-league battle with a 14-11 record. In their last battle, Poly held off Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA), 7-2, in a league battle.
