The Valley Lutheran Chargers (Saginaw, MI) baseball the host Ithaca Yellowjackets (Ithaca, MI), 8-3 in Friday's league challenge.

The Chargers now own a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Laker for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 4. Valley Lutheran will clash with a Lakers team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Ogemaw Heights (West Branch, MI). The Lakers record now stands at 15-3.
