In Friday's non-league bout, the Trimble County Raiders (Bedford, KY) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Shawe Memorial Hilltoppers (Madison, IN), by a score of 10-1.

Next up, the Raiders encounter the Owen County Rebels (Owenton, KY) in a District 31 bout, on Tuesday, May 5. Trimble County will attempt to advance on its 8-11 season record. The Rebels enter the bout with a 13-9 record after their 8-5 non-league loss to Frankfort (Frankfort, KY).

The Hilltoppers (1-12) will now prepare for their bout against Christian Academy (New Albany, IN). The Warriors enter the non-league bout with a 6-5 record. In their last bout, Christian Academy achieved victory over South Central (Elizabeth, IN), 5-2, in a non-league bout.
