In Friday's league test, the DuVal Tigers (Lanham, MD) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting High Point Eagles (Beltsville, MD), by a count of 26-2.

Next, the Tigers meet the Wise Pumas (Upper Marlboro, MD) in a Prince George's County 4A test, on Monday, May 4. DuVal will attempt to upgrade on its 16-10 season record. The Pumas go into the test with a 12-14 record after their 13-8 non-league win over Suitland (Forestville, MD).
