Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Santana Sultans (Santee, CA), 17-2 in a league test.

The Highlanders now have a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Grossmont for a Grossmont test on Wednesday, May 12. Helix will face a Foothillers squad coming off a 18-3 league loss to Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA). The Foothillers record now stands at 2-10.

In their next game, the Sultans face the Monte Vista Monarchs (Spring Valley, CA) in a Grossmont test, on Wednesday, May 12. Santana will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record. The Monarchs come into the test with a 3-7 record after their 7-1 league loss to Valhalla (El Cajon, CA).
