Connecticut High School Softball - New Britain felled by Bristol Eastern
May 10, 2021: Bristol, CT 06010 In Monday's non-league outing, the host Bristol Eastern Lancers softball team scored a nice 19-0 triumph over the New Britain Golden Hurricanes.
With the triumph, Bristol Eastern moves its record to 8-3 on the year. The Lancers host Berlin (Berlin, CT) to play the Redcoats in a Central Connecticut - South contest on Wednesday, May 12. The Redcoats come into the contest with a record of 12-1. Berlin won 14-1 in their recent league contest against Middletown (Middletown, CT)
In their next game, the Golden Hurricanes play the Hartford Public Owls (Hartford, CT) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, May 12. New Britain will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record. The Owls come into the contest with a 1-10 record after their 15-0 non-league loss to Platt (Meriden, CT).
