Loyalsock Township Lancers (Williamsport, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Hughesville Spartans (Hughesville, PA), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Lancers now own a 11-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lewisburg for a Heartland II challenge on Thursday, May 12. Loyalsock Township will face a Green Dragons squad coming off a 12-0 league win over Warrior Run (Turbotville, PA). The Green Dragons record now stands at 10-3.

With the loss, Hughesville falls to 2-9 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Southern Columbia Area (Catawissa, PA) to face the Tigers in a Heartland II challenge on Thursday, May 12.
