May 10, 2022: Seymour, WI 54165 Shawano Community Hawks (Shawano, WI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Seymour Thunder (Seymour, WI), 4-1 in a league challenge.
The Hawks now own a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they host Mishicot for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 13. Shawano Community will face a Indians squad coming off a 16-1 non-league win over Howards Grove (Howards Grove, WI). The Indians record now stands at 10-2.
With the loss, Seymour falls to 4-7 on the campaign. The Thunder travel to West De Pere (De Pere, WI) to face the Phantoms in a Bay challenge on Thursday, May 12. The Phantoms enter the challenge with a record of 2-6.
