Virginia High School Softball - Middlesex gets by King & Queen Central
May 10, 2023: King & Queen Court House, VA 23085 The Middlesex Chargers got by the host King & Queen Central Royal Tigers softball squad by a final score of 1-0 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Chargers (12-6) will now prepare for their battle against Mathews (Mathews, VA). The Blue Devils go into the Tidewater battle with a 10-9 record. In their last battle, Mathews nudged West Point (West Point, VA), 20-0, in a league battle.
The Royal Tigers now possess a 3-14 record. They play next when they travel to King William for a Tidewater battle on Thursday, May 11. King & Queen Central will meet a Cavaliers squad coming off a 16-0 league win over Charles City (Charles City, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 18-2.
