May 10, 2024: Buffalo, IL 62515 In Friday's league challenge, the Tri-City Tornadoes (Buffalo, IL) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Bunker Hill Minutemen (Bunker Hill, IL), by a final score of 12-6.
With the win, Tri-City upgrades its record to 5-11 on the season. The Tornadoes host Nokomis (Nokomis, IL) to battle the Redskins in a MSM challenge on Saturday, May 11. The Redskins come into the challenge with a record of 18-12. Nokomis won 7-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Riverton (Riverton, IL)
With the defeat, Bunker Hill falls to 5-14 on the season.
