Washington High School Softball - Fort Vancouver bounces Battle Ground
May 10, 2024: Vancouver, WA 98661 Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Fort Vancouver Trappers (Vancouver, WA) and the visiting Battle Ground Tigers (Battle Ground, WA), witnessed Fort Vancouver's softball squad tip Battle Ground by a count of 14-8.
The Trappers now sport a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Castle Rock for a non-league match on Saturday, May 11. Fort Vancouver will face a Rockets squad coming off a 15-11 non-league win over Napavine (Napavine, WA). The Rockets record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Battle Ground moves to 14-3 on the season. The Tigers travel to R.A. Long (Longview, WA) to face the Lumberjacks in a non-league match on Saturday, May 11. The Lumberjacks go into the match with a record of 4-8.
