May 10, 2024: Waterloo, WI 53594 The Waterloo Pirates routed the visiting Cambridge Bluejays softball squad by a final score of 13-3 in Friday's league battle.
The Pirates (12-7) will now prepare for their battle against Lancaster (Lancaster, WI). The Flying Arrows go into the non-league battle with a 9-7 record. In their last battle, Lancaster notched a victory over Dodgeville (Dodgeville, WI), 5-4, in a league battle.
The Bluejays now possess a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to Clinton for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 14. Cambridge will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 5-3 league loss to Edgerton (Edgerton, WI). The Cougars record now stands at 7-11.
